ethics…

last year I gave a chance to approximitely 50 women to start working. In one single year! Quite something!
Some of those really had a “zero chance ” for work because they were monolinguals or just spoke the wrong language in a city like Antwerp. Today about 35 still do the job! And ( I guess ) they’re happy.
Happy… because they had a chance and they’re willing to work. Last week some of those took off … just like that, no gratitude, no thanks, no …nothing. ( but when I say nothing I mean nothing, like not even a letter or common agreement! )Just left!
Dillema : why do people like that, just take and never look back? They don’t even realise they f… up for the rest, do they? They just think about themselves, that IT! Me, me, me!
A few of those just ruin something with their short-sighted ideas. Should I bother?
Should I tell the rest of the world that they don’t care, so why should I care about “you”?
Thanks but no thanks? or thanks but no chance !
